Mrs. Tanja Bock-Mayfield

Intervention Teacher

Tanja Bock-Mayfield is thrilled to be an interventions teacher at Galileo School for Gifted Learning. She was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. After needing a break from the rain, she moved to Orlando, FL where she graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor in Elementary Education. She is currently in her 11th year of teaching ranging from 2nd to 5th grade. When she is not teaching she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and pets. Her hobbies include running, reading, traveling, going to the beach, watching NFL football (Go Hawks!), and spending time with her friends and family. She is excited to be joining the amazing team at Galileo and is looking forward to an amazing year.
